This speedometer cable is from the electrical & ignition section in the Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts catalogues for models built between 1956 to 1965.
If you've noticed your speedo start to malfunction, it is likely that your car's speedo cable needs replacing. Speedo cable is unique in the sense that it actually spins around, powered by the driveshaft. Its function is to provide you with an accurate reading of your car's speed as you drive. It does this by turning a magnet inside the speed cup within the speedometer casing, through a process of electromagnetism. This moves the pointer on your car's speedometer. The cable is calibrated so that the speed at which it spins corresponds to the location of the pointer. Yet like most car parts, speedo cable suffers wear and tear, and will eventually need replacing.

Our website displays live availability and therefore is accurate at the point of ordering. The following represent the various availability options displayed on parts:
Add to cart: Available - This item is in our inventory and will be picked, packed and dispatched within 15 minutes of your order being placed, subject to working hours.
Notify me when back in stock: Click the link to send us an enquiry and we will do a worldwide search for you and let you know what alternatives are available for you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be picked packed and dispatched within 15 minutes of placing the order subject to the time of day, and availability of the items (see above for availability). Our dispatch team is UK based and the final courier collection is at 4.30pm GMT Monday through Friday. Placing an order before 4pm would typically mean your order can be dispatched on the same day if the items are in stock.
