The IntroCar family decided to give Santa Claus a hand and brighten someone's Christmas by wrapping up and sending out a lucky customer's entire Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts wishlist, just in time to place under the Christmas tree for their car.
Neil Anderson, the proud owner of a 1973 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow I, sent us his wishlist along with many others, and got lucky in our 'Win your Wishlist' competition. The list containing over 25 Rolls-Royce & Bentley parts and spares saved Neil over £2,350.00, from the lamp lens RD7525SA1-X to a full carburetor rebuild kit CRK234-X and many more.
We asked Neil to tell us more about his classic and his plans for the wishlist parts and this is what he had to say: "These parts are going to help me get my 1973 Shadow closer to her former glory and hopefully a little more reliable. I inherited this car form my father when he passed away 18 years ago. It was one of many Rolls-Royce cars he had owned over the time – in fact one of many vintage and classic cars I had grown up with from an early age."
Just like his dad, Neil has always a number of projects on the go at any one time but he hasn't forgot about this Rolls-Royce. He says "She does occasionally get pressed into service though for friends on weddings or special occasions and has brightened the days of a couple of elderly neighbours with trips to restaurants and the like! Other than that, she provides me with the pleasure of driving one of these lovely vehicles and attends local shows and charity runs etc." But now thanks to parts such as 3Z0698151E-X (front brake pads), CD6723-X (rear brake pads)

Neil is looking to get this beauty back on the road within the year and this Christmas gift is the perfect incentive to make it happen. She will be getting a brand new water pump UE37287-X along with the fitting kit UE37287FK-X containing all the bolts & washers required to install it and a full reconditioned ignition distributor module CD5904SX-R. As per usual, changing all the hoses in these cars is a must to ensure the full functionality of brakes and height control system, all of them can be found under our simple set SSHYDHSKT2-X.
