BENTLEY 1980-2003

This is a 4-door full-size luxury car sedan type, produced from 1982 to 1985.  the Mulsanne Turbo marked the renaissance of Bentley as a marque in its own right, after years of essentially being rebadged Rolls-Royces. By adding a large Garrett AiRresearch turbocharger to the standard Mulsanne, for a 50% boost in power, Bentley created a motor car that was comparable to supercars of the period, such as the Aston Martin Lagonda and Ferrari 400i.

This is a 4-door full-size luxury car sedan type, produced from 1984 to 1992. The Eight was Bentley's "entry-level" offering, distinguished mainly by a wire-mesh grille radiator instead of vertical slats, it also had somewhat less equipment than the similar Mulsanne on which it was based.

This is a 4-door full-size luxury car sedan type, produced from 1985 to 1998. The "R" stood for "roadholding", to set it apart from its predecessor.  It initially inherited the turbocharged engine from the Mulsanne Turbo and also sported a retuned suspension and wider tires on alloy wheels, a first for a Bentley.

This is a 4-door full-size luxury car coupe type, produced from 1992 to 1998. Technical Data:The Bentley Brooklands benefited from micro-computer technology which controlled areas including the suspension, instrument displays and air-conditioning and the last series from 1996 were enhanced by the fitting of a light-pressure turbocharger.

This is a 2-door full-size luxury car coupe type, produced from 1998 to 2003. The eye-catching new feature was the styling of the new model in the form of Sedanca Coupé. This design had enjoyed a fine reputation during the 30ties and well into the 50ties as offering the pleasure of open touring with the added advantage of more torsional rigidity of the body than drop head coupés could achieve with their fold down top.
