The 1955 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud was introduced with a 4.9 Liter six cylinder engine producing 155 horsepower - to move nearly two tonnes of luxury. The car was 5.38 m (212 in) long and over 1.9 m wide (75 in.) and a long wheel base model, added 102 mm (4 inches) was introduced in 1957 at a cost of approximately £5078 including taxes.
