Additional Charges may occasionally be required for specific products. If they are, they will be listed here and can include the following:

Packing Materials: In some circumstances additional packing is required to ensure safe delivery of your items eg. oversize sill strips which must be transported in a heavy duty cardboard tube. 

Additional Items: Items which are required in order for a selected item to be usable eg. a seal which will render the part unsafe if not included with the sale

Surcharge for Reconditioned Exchange Part: A reconditioned exchange item is sold on an exchange basis, with a surcharge which is refundable on receipt of your core unit. Like all IntroCar parts, these are covered with a two year warranty.

• The exchange unit received must be in restorable condition for a full refund.
• In the event that a reconditioned exchange unit is unavailable for sale, we are able to accept your core unit for restoration. This will not incur a surcharge. Please contact us to arrange this directly on +44 (0) 20 8546 2027.
• 'Restorable' is defined as requiring only the sub components that are generally subject to wear and tear requiring replacement in order to return the unit to saleable condition. Damage due to abnormal circumstances will usually entail a deduction in the amount of the surcharge refunded by the cost to the company of those items requiring replacement.
• In the event that those costs exceed the amount of the original surcharge, no surcharge will be refunded.
• The company will be the sole arbiter in deciding whether a an exchange component is restorable or not, however we do try to accommodate our customers as best we can.
